Our Story
The Beginning
Pet Wellness Partner, LLC was founded in 2024 by Jessica Shelby, DVM, MPH. Dr. Shelby has been working in the veterinary non-profit sector since 2009 and has a strong belief that all pets should have access to veterinary care. Providing access to care and supporting the human-animal bond can be an overwhelming task for the organizations dedicated to the effort. Hence the creation of Pet Wellness Partner, LLC-an organization dedicated to helping veterinary organizations meet the needs of the pets and communities they support through providing high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter and wellness veterinary relief services throughout Ohio.
